The Terra Foundation for American Art supports, initiates, and serves as a catalyst for the development of programs and resources intended to bring American art into the classroom. The Terra Foundation recently announced the expansion of its
grant program, which includes a component focused on Chicago K–12 Education. The foundation has made it a priority to help Chicago teachers integrate American art into the classroom curriculum, and is especially interested in projects that also generate models and resources available to wider audiences for teaching about and with American art. Please see
Chicago K–12 Education Program Guidelines for more information.
